Sales Support Administrator

POSITION FUNCTION

The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for supporting smooth and efficient operations within the sales department along with additional support for the marketing department.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Tradeshow logistics
  • Online auditing
  • Order entry
  • Assist Sales and Marketing Team members with various projects
  • Backup registration and order entry in NetSuite
  • Database cleanup
  • General admin support functions
  • Phone support
  • System audits

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Strong general computer and Internet skills
  • Excellent command of the English language (spelling and grammar)
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Proficiency in an ERP/CRM system (NetSuite preferred)
  • Able to lift 50 pounds above head

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Associate degree or 2 years' relevant experience

COMPENSATION

$19+/hour depending on experience.
