Technical Marketing Associate
Luxium Solutions is seeking a driven and creative Technical Marketing Associate to join our team. As a Technical Marketing Associate, you will work closely with the Marketing Manager in executing marketing strategies and initiatives to promote Luxium Solutions and its products. The ideal candidate is a passionate marketer with excellent communication skills and a strong attention to detail.
Our Technical Marketing Associate position will provide you opportunities to develop your market research, strategy, communication, and problem-solving skills to and prepare you for more strategic/managerial roles in the organization. This is a hybrid position and schedule will be discussed with manager
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field required. MBA preferred.
- 2 years or more of experience in marketing, preferably in a technology or manufacturing industry required.
- Responsible for Market Research, to identify new opportunities in some of our core and adjacent markets
- Assist with the production of marketing materials for print and website.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Help organize and coordinate marketing conferences, support employer branding initiatives by HR.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Initiate new communication and content creation tools for the organization. Create content for social media, website, newsletters and other communication platforms.
- Develop platform and create content for Training of commercial team.
- Responsible for SEO implementing and monitoring. Evaluate data and create reports on key metrics to monitor content efficiency and analyze trends.
