Objectives of this Role:

As the Marketing Strategist at Kid Explorer Club, your primary objective is to set specific objectives to develop a cohesive and profitable marketing strategy for our ongoing campaigns. That includes but is not limited to working through a variety of tasks, including designing digital marketing campaigns and performing market research. 


 

 

Responsibilities:

  1. Set specific marketing goals
  2. Design and implement marketing strategies aligned with business targets
  3. Develop digital campaigns to increase web traffic
  4. Analyze sales and marketing metrics
  5. Forecast market trends
  6. Research the market to identify new opportunities
  7. Generate innovative ideas to promote our brand and our products
  8. Address advertising needs
  9. Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels
  10. Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction
  11. Liaise with internal teams and ensure brand consistency
  12. Establish a strong, long-term web presence

 

 

 

Requirements and skills:

  1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a relevant field
  2. 3-4 years of proven work experience as a Marketing strategist or Marketing manager
  3. Demonstrable experience with marketing campaigns and web technologies (e.g. online tools and social media)
  4. In-depth knowledge of CRM software and Content Management Systems
  5. Familiarity with SEO/SEM and Google AnalyticsUnderstanding of web design
  6. Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)Strong analytical skills
  7. Team management skills


 

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

1. Experience in the education or children's entertainment industry.

2. Experience with marketing automation tools and CRM systems.

4. Certifications in digital marketing, such as Google Analytics or HubSpot.

5. Passion for working with start-ups and driving growth in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
