Digital Marketing Intern | Natics | Marketing | Internship-to-Hire

What You'll Do:
As our Digital Marketing Intern, you'll play an essential role in shaping the digital marketing strategy of Natics. With our Chief Marketing Officer, you will work to differentiate Natics in the skincare space, as well as lead the expansion of the College Fanatics Program.

Here's what we expect from you:
Conduct comprehensive research to identify emerging trends that can shape our digital marketing strategies.

Reach out to influencers, build relationships, and manage collaborations that align with our brand values and goals.

Understand and embody our brand voice in all communications, ensuring consistency and authenticity across channels.

Take charge of managing and optimizing our affiliate program, tracking engagement, and fostering partnerships.

Actively engage with our online community, sparking conversations and nurturing our brand presence through strategic engagement.

Collaborate with the Marketing Team on the marketing strategy, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas to the table.

Coordinate and manage the College Fanatics program, serving as a point of contact and ensuring its success and alignment with marketing objectives.

Monitor and analyze performance metrics to inform strategy and report on the effectiveness of digital marketing initiatives.

Keep the team informed about project progress, insights from influencer interactions, and community feedback.

Demonstrate a proactive attitude, offering innovative solutions and improvements to our digital marketing processes.

You possess strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data to derive actionable insights for improving marketing strategies.

This is an internship-to-hire opportunity. The initial scope will be to help establish our brand marketing pillars. Based on your performance, you may be offered an offer of employment at the end of this internship.
