Marketing Design Intern | Natics | Marketing | Internship-to-Hire

What You'll Do:
As our Marketing Design Intern, you'll play a pivotal role in maintaining the visual identity of Natics and shaping how we engage with our growing audience. You'll craft narratives that highlight our products and echo our ethos of inclusivity and innovation. 

Here's what we expect from you:
Bring fresh, original ideas to the table for visual content that aligns with our brand voice and aesthetic.

Demonstrate proficiency with graphic design software, such as Adobe, Canva, and/or InDesign.

Maintain consistency in design elements across all marketing materials to uphold brand identity.

Work closely with the marketing team to understand campaign objectives and contribute to creative brainstorming sessions.

Manage your time effectively to meet project deadlines without compromising the quality of work.

Ensure all designs and layouts are free from errors and visually appealing.

Be open to feedback and willing to make adjustments to designs as needed based on team input or data insights.

Take initiative to seek out new design opportunities and stay ahead of current design trends relevant to our target demographic. 

Bring fresh and out-of-the-box ideas that keep Natics at the forefront of the skincare conversation.

Organize digital assets in an easily accessible way and ensure they are updated and archived properly.

Clearly communicate your design process and decisions to the team, ensuring transparency and alignment with marketing strategies.

Who You Are:
You have a passion for design and stay up-to-date with the latest trends in graphic and digital design.

You are adept with design software and technologies, especially Canva and Adobe.

You have an eye for detail and strive for perfection in every pixel of your design work.

You can clearly articulate your design choices and understand the importance of visual storytelling in marketing.

You thrive in a collaborative environment and are willing to offer and receive constructive feedback.

You are eager to learn new skills and tools, and you adapt quickly to changing environments and project needs.

You are able to manage multiple projects at once and prioritize tasks effectively to meet deadlines.

You are proactive in identifying challenges and enthusiastic about finding creative solutions.

You're not afraid to step up with new ideas and take on responsibilities that drive the project forward.

You understand the importance of brand identity and are excited to contribute to its expression and evolution.

This is an internship-to-hire opportunity. The initial scope will be to help establish our brand marketing pillars. Based on your performance, you may be offered an offer of employment at the end of this internship.
