This internship will help you acquire a solid understanding of the wholesale power markets and offtake structures by participating in key power marketing initiatives that support live PPA negotiations and business strategy. You will gain broad experience in transaction management and analytics and should be prepared to enter a fast-paced, entrepreneurial, and collaborative work environment.
Responsibilities
- Support on solar and battery storage project economics, data processing, and RFP support preparation
- Learn about PV+BESS revenue forecasting and become proficient in structured modeling
- Support market fundamental price curve analysis and reporting
- Report to office 1-2 times a week
Skills And Experience
- Background in related field of study: science, engineering, sustainability
- Strong skills in MS Excel (coding, macro building, etc.) and MS Office Suite
- Strong verbal, written, interpersonal and communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment
Location: Redwood City, CA or Denver, CO. We have a hybrid office and remote work set up.
