From a key role of building the annual marketing plan, to the day-to-day maintenance of marketing collateral, web blogs, and social accounts. You are the voice of our brands in the community, in print, and online.

 

Description

The Marketing Manager will spearhead our efforts in the Live Event and Entertainment industry. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and implementing the marketing strategies and campaigns for our primary and sub-brands, collaborating with RTH contractors and our creative services team, and assisting with various promotional activities including tradeshows. How you'll spend your time:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for primary and sub-brands to drive brand awareness and lead generation.
  • Collaborate with contractors and our in-house creative services team to develop compelling marketing materials that support the sales team.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of tradeshows, including event recommendations, booth design, and promotional campaigns.
  • Create engaging content across various platforms to attract and retain customers.
  • Manage social media channels, including content creation, scheduling, and community engagement.
  • Maintain and manage the Marketing Campaign Calendar to ensure timely execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Utilize Hubspot Marketing Software to streamline marketing workflows and campaigns (training provided).
  • Coordinate and execute new product announcements to generate excitement and interest.

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in marketing, preferably in the entertainment or hospitality industry.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
  • Demonstrated creativity and innovative thinking in marketing strategies.
  • Proficiency in Canva and/or Adobe Creative Suite.
