Smart Home Installations

Job description 

We're looking for self-motivated individuals to join our team of professionals. 

Primary job responsibilities include: 

Work with a team to hit mutual goals. 

Perform installations. 

Engage with customers setting up their systems. 

Promote home surveillance, energy, and security products. 

 

Must Have Skills 

Must be organized. 

Must be a team player.  

Must be ambitious, self-motivated, and disciplined. 

Must be able to communicate effectively with customers. 

 

Desired Skills 

General understanding of basic hand tools. 

General self-management skills. 

Data entry and reporting. 

Networking and Wi-Fi experience. 

 

Time Frames 

This position has Fall, Winter, Spring & Summer Options. Most students prefer to participate in our Summer Season usually starting in May and ending in August. We are flexible with your school schedule. Representatives work schedules will vary between offices Mondays - Saturdays 10:00am - 8:30pm. Please discuss work schedules with your hiring manager. 

 

Location 

Home Pros is asking new representative interns to be open to temporarily relocating to a new location that should be discussed with your hiring manager. Travel and housing expenses will be provided for. 

 

Compensation & Benefits 

Continual performance-based earning opportunities with the potential to earn additional bonuses annually. Representatives typically start between $3,500 - $6,500 per month. As with all things, your work ethic and willingness to learn will have a large impact on earnings.  

 

Other Requirements 

Applicants must undergo a criminal history check, motor vehicles check, drug screening, and obtain clearance from the state based upon the state requirements, including licensing.
