Location: NASA Clearlake area (Southeast Houston) Corporate office
Ability to work 15 hours per week

Job Summary:
- Promote Agency 8's Mission and Core Values through engaging social media content
- Create compelling multimedia posts showcasing the benefits of staffing services
- Manage Marketing calendar and coordinate campaign preparations
- Assist in posting job positions on various platforms including ATS systems and job sites
- Engage with the community to highlight our unique services and giving back initiatives
Recruiting:
- Assist recruiting team by getting jobs posted on ATS and external job sites such as ZipRecruiter, Indeed, and LinkedIn
- Maintain confidentiality for our clients when creating job postings
- Ensure accuracy on job postings (pay range, location, responsibilities, etc.)
- Communicate effectively with recruiting team members
Brand Promotion:
- Utilize diverse media platforms to attract both talent and clients
- Maintain brand consistency across all marketing materials
- Develop exciting marketing campaigns to captivate client prospects
- Share the Agency 8 story through events, networking, and business development outings
Content Creation:
- Capture special moments through photos and videos
- Collaborate with Social Media teams to inject fresh content across platforms
- Create humorous and appealing content for diverse audiences
Candidate and Client Experience:
- Master the Agency 8 experience and WOW factor for all stakeholders
- Contribute to community impact through acts of service and fundraising
- Generate creative ways to enhance the client and candidate journey
Required Skills:
- Fearless "People-Person" with excellent interpersonal skills
- Strategic thinker with excellent time management skills
- Great sense of humor, sensitive to diverse audiences
- Proficiency in graphic design and multimedia software
- Strong understanding of social media platforms
Highly organized with adaptability to change and multitasking
Education & Experience:
- Associate degree or higher in Business Marketing or related fields
- Familiarity with graphic design software such as Photoshop or Adobe Illustrator
- Ideal candidate is a Junior or Senior Marketing student
Physical Demands:
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
- Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Availability for travel within the Houston area as needed
