Marketing Associate
(Columbus, OH)
IN BRIEF
We’re looking for an innovative, inquisitive self-starter to join a collaborative team advancing an insight-driven marketing approach. In this role, all ideas are on the table, you’ll be heard, and your team will support you. This individual will work closely with the business development and client engagement teams to update and maintain marketing materials, client presentations and assist in implementing marketing campaigns.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You’ll become our marketing production expert — building, reviewing and looking to improve monthly and quarterly material and website updates, ensuring the accuracy and quality of marketing materials
- Work cross-functionally to develop custom materials and presentations with an eye on enhancing the client experience
- Interface with vendors to optimize production of materials
- Execute on social media and email marketing initiatives
- Get up to speed on email and web production
- Be a team player! Assist in special projects and supporting execution of marketing campaigns
- Add to your industry knowledge and marketing expertise
- Build a deep knowledge and understanding of industry compliance rules and their applications to marketing platforms

WHAT YOU NEED
- 1-3 years’ experience in marketing
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects
- Proficient with Microsoft Office suite and PowerPoint
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite specifically InDesign
- Experience with email marketing and CRM systems a plus
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and strong relationship skills
- Interest in the investment industry a plus
- Willingness to complete CFA Institute Investment Foundations™ certificate program to acquire a basic understanding of the investment industry
