Marketing Development Representative

We've been recruiting technical sales professionals for over 40 years, and our recent success has created the need for a new Marketing Development Representative.

General responsibilities include:
  • Research and engage prospective clients and candidates through correspondence on LinkedIN, email and text
  • Provide follow-up digital correspondence and data entry in CRM
  • Engage in conversations with individuals who respond to correspondence
  • Serve as a leader in the company for marketing through Social Media
  • Actively participate and provide input on processes for generating leads and outreach

Our ideal candidate has:
  • Superior written communication skills - you're friendly in your communication style and know that grammar and spelling always count
  • Computer-savvy- you know your way around Microsoft Office products and have an aptitude for learning new tools
  • Strong curiosity about people and how to solve a problem
  • Sense of urgency - you welcome deadlines and thrive in "all hands on deck" situations
  • Bachelor's Degree in business or marketing-related field (completed or in progress)

This is an entry-level position that requires a can-do attitude and provides the training necessary to learn how to succeed in the role. It's an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of recruitment marketing, grow your technical and communication skills, and establish a career path with room for advancement.
