This position will support the marketing team in a wide variety of disciplines including reporting, social media strategy, social media content creation, social media community management, email journey building, email journey implementation, and marketing collateral creation. This is an entry-level position with strong opportunities for growth and will be reporting to the Marketing Manager.

· Assist in development of new content and test ideas, to boost performance of social channels

· Partner with internal and external partners to implement test strategies

· Monitor social media channels and manage company responses

· Develop and propose organic content for social channels

· Implement email campaigns

· Execute customer satisfaction surveys and organize/share results

· Responsible for routing marketing content through internal & external compliance teams to ensure that marketing strategies and initiatives are complying with any state/federal regulations

· Ensure that all marketing content appropriately reflects the brand guidelines

· Conduct market research

· Other projects as assigned by the Marketing Manager

· Upper-class marketing student

 

· Detail oriented, highly organized, and naturally curious/analytical

· Excellent verbal and written communication skills

· Ability to work in collaborative, team-based environment

· Ability to manage several projects simultaneously

· Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite including: Word, Excel, PowerPoint
