Job Description: We are seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Marketing Assitant to join our team and help promote our program, Meeting At The Door. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting the program director in developing and implementing social media strategies, systems, and processes to increase our brand awareness, drive traffic to our website, and ultimately increase our program's reach and impact. You will be working closely with the founder to create engaging and informative content for social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in developing and implementing social media marketing strategies to promote Get Free and Stay Free and their Meet Them at the Door program
Create and manage social media content (including graphics, videos, and blog posts) for various platforms
Monitor social media platforms and engage with followers
Use social media analytics to track performance and optimize content
Collaborate with the program director to ensure consistency in messaging and branding
Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices
Qualifications:
Experience or desire in creating and implementing social media strategies
Good written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make decisions
Passion for social justice and helping those in need
Creativity is a plus
