Marketing Specialist

Location : Greater Seattle area
 

Key Responsibilities-  
  • Manage and execute B2C marketing campaigns (paid and organic) 
  • PPC, Social media marketing, Email campaigns, Print marketing, and Video marketing. 
  • Design, creation, and delivery of marketing related content to supports marketing activities.
  • Manage weekly Sales and Marketing projects including updating price sheets, sales releases, manage pricing matrix, coordinating e-blasts, update website Fact check and proof-read all marketing materials Strategize, plan, maintain and manage content.
  • Work with leadership teams to ideate and conceptualize new marketing and communication approaches. 
  • Identify events/forums/roadshows for potential participation.   
  • Determine target audience, devise campaigns, and launch email campaigns to generate leads.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports, analyse campaign performance, and suggest improvements. 
Experience - 2 + years 

Ideal candidate 
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. 
  • Highly self-motivated and energetic
  • Knowledge of real-estate business.
  • Experience in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot would be good to have.
  • Knowledge of Marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and more is a plus
