Marketing Specialist
Location : Greater Seattle area
Key Responsibilities-
- Manage and execute B2C marketing campaigns (paid and organic)
- PPC, Social media marketing, Email campaigns, Print marketing, and Video marketing.
- Design, creation, and delivery of marketing related content to supports marketing activities.
- Manage weekly Sales and Marketing projects including updating price sheets, sales releases, manage pricing matrix, coordinating e-blasts, update website Fact check and proof-read all marketing materials Strategize, plan, maintain and manage content.
- Work with leadership teams to ideate and conceptualize new marketing and communication approaches.
- Identify events/forums/roadshows for potential participation.
- Determine target audience, devise campaigns, and launch email campaigns to generate leads.
- Prepare weekly/monthly marketing reports, analyse campaign performance, and suggest improvements.
Experience - 2 + years
Ideal candidate
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly self-motivated and energetic
- Knowledge of real-estate business.
- Experience in marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot would be good to have.
- Knowledge of Marketing tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, and more is a plus
