Digital Marketing Manager

The Digital Marketing Manager will develop strategies and manage the digital execution of marketing campaigns. A results-driven marketer to own the performance of digital marketing with the goal of growth of products and services. This shows up in paid digital and owned digital properties.

This person is also responsible for growing of owned digital properties, which some include social and locations pages, and being a subject matter expert for local market social property owners.
The ideal candidate is well-versed in marketing best practices, digital channels, and digital marketing tactics.

Major Duties & Responsibilities
  • Conduct keyword research for SEO and SEM.
  • Provide insights and support to local community bank social partners.
  • Own and update corporate social calendar and social posting execution on various social platforms.
  • Lead paid advertising campaigns across multiple platforms including ADWords, Bing, LinkedIn, Facebook and DSPs in partnership with our advertising agency
  • Manage and update local listings and track performance over time
  • Plan and execute digital marketing programs to include cross-channel brand awareness and lead generation campaigns across paid and organic search channels.
  • Partner with marketing analytics to develop and report on owned metrics
  • Collaborate with agencies and other technology vendor partners
  • Write/edit compelling, keyword-optimized content for website and social media
  • Partner with analytics to measure the performance of all campaigns through multiple measurement methods: A/B, multi-variant, lift/baseline, etc.
  • Oversee the team that proactively manages the inventory of in-branch materials by monitoring use patterns, staying on top of current campaign schedule, Community Bank feedback, etc.
  • Financial management of cost-per-acquisition efficiency, revenue, product/service unit sales, customer relationships, profitability goals, and direct marketing budget.

Additional Duties & Responsibilities
  • Completes all required compliance exams on a yearly basis.
  • Adherence to all First United Policies and Procedures.
  • Dresses professionally.
  • Other duties as assigned by manager.

Education and Work Experience
  • Bachelors degree in related disciplines, such as Marketing or Business required
  • Minimum of three years digital marketing experience
  • Experience working directly with financial services, B2B or tech verticals a plus
  • Demonstrated knowledge of how to build data-driven, multi-channel, direct marketing campaigns
  • Ability to execute campaigns via MAP and/or CRM systems like Safesforce, HubSpot, Marketo, etc.
  • Proactive communicator with a track record of strong teamwork and collaboration across all levels
  • Ability to act as digital marketing SME for internal partners

Technical/Functional Competencies
  • Experience with Digital Marketing tools (Moz, SEMRush, Sprout Social, Social Studio, Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Adwords) or similar tools
