Sales and Marketing Analyst

The Sales and Marketing Analyst will support our Regional Sales Directors (RSDs) to identify business challenges and provide solutions through complex data analysis and market research. The role will interpret results from multiple sources using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data analysis to advanced predictive methods. The Sales and Marketing Analyst will design, develop and communicate results to the RSDs in an easy-to-interpret, create recommendations based on the data, and help to optimize solutions.
 
Objectives
·      Oversee and improve the amount and quality of data contained in Salesforce
·      Engage with sellers to identify areas of improvement in the sales process
·      Assist in the development and implementation of new marketing strategies
·      Create email and marketing automation best practices via the use of Pardot
·      Provide insight and analytics regarding the performance of marketing and sales strategies

Sales Support Responsibilities
·      Reporting
o  Build and maintain reports and dashboards in Salesforce to monitor sales activities and performance
o  Work with sellers and delivery leads to transform new project requirements into Salesforce design and implementation

·      Salesforce Automation
o  Identify areas for process improvement and automation within current systems to drive efficiency
o  Create, update, and maintain new and existing procedures within Salesforce
o  Identify and document requirements to create, test, and launch workflow processes in Salesforce
o  Explore and document software that could assist in the selling process

·      Operations
o  Schedule meetings between sellers and prospective clients, existing clients, and software representatives
o  Maintain an active understanding of the sales engagement and selling process
o  Evaluate information from a range of sources, settle data inconsistencies, and break down high-level information into details
o  Import accounts, contacts, and leads into Salesforce
o  Maintain and update account and opportunity information in Salesforce
o  Supervise data quality and integrity in Salesforce

Marketing Support Responsibilities
·      Development & Management
o  Develop tailored client presentations based on historical account management and current market conditions as needed
o  Support development & maintenance on marketing campaigns related to sales efforts
o  Manage graphic design projects internally and with external service providers by providing guidance and performing quality control
 
Required Skills and Qualifications
·      Bachelor’s degree
·      Experience working with data (data administration)
·      Technical experience or familiarity with Salesforce or other similar CRM platforms
·      Technical experience commercial sales and financial tools, as well as marketing tools such as Pardot
·      Strong verbal and written communication skills; ability to articulate needs
·      Desire to learn and understand the sales process from beginning to end
·      Team player with the ability to handle multiple tasks within specific deadlines
·      Familiarity with statistical coding platforms (R or Python)
·      Familiarity with data visualization software (Power BI preferred)
·      Must be able to provide proof of eligibility to work in the United States
